AGENDA OVERVIEW

Aimee Johnson is an Implementation Consultant who has been with APRIMA for nearly 20 years. During this time, she has gained product knowledge as well as implementation processes by working in multiple departments throughout the company. She leads instructor-led online training and is a MIPS subject matter expert.  

Alba Ferro has been with CGM Aprima for more than 12 years. Alba began her career working in EDI Support and after 8 years, transitioned to the Implementation Team. Alba loves interacting with our clients working with them on all their billing needs from processing claims to posting payments.

Brice Gilmore is a Product Manager for the CGM Plus and Platform Services Team who has been with the company since 2015. The best part of his job is working with a diverse group of customers and CGM team members to create platform-based solutions that integrate with many of CGM’s EHR and PM systems.

Ronette Lewis is the Clinical Product Manager for the eMDs product line.Her passion for training and patience with novice computer users enabled her to manage successful implementations for her clinics and practices. Now she strives to be the voice of our clients to implement new enhancements to optimize the user experience with our software.

Earl Hall is has been with CGM Aprima for just 10 years. As an Implementation Consultant, he uses his experience in the healthcare IT industry, having extensive experience in training, consulting, and implementing practice management and clinical systems to help customers achieve success.

Finnye Shipley has been in her role as an Implementation Consultant with CGM Aprima for nearly 5 years. Her previous experience in healthcare administration, revenue cycle management, and product support has helped shape her strategy and methodology for helping customers learn how to use their software for maximum efficiency, and with great success. 

Joyce works as one of CGM APRIMA’s Implementation Consultants. She has extensive experience in corporate training and staff development for a variety of industries. Joyce is a knowledgeable technical trainer that is client oriented and results driven, having worked for such companies as Underwriters Laboratory, Kindred Healthcare and Emdeon. 

Katy Thaden started with CGM in 2008 in the EDI Implementation department.  She has worked as a Product Manager overseeing the Practice Management side of the software for CGM eMDs and is now overseeing PM projects and enhancements for multiple software lines.

Kinita Jefferson is an Implementation Consultant based in Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business.  She brings her many years of experience in a large multi-specialty physician practice, as she works to help clients succeed.  One thing she particularly appreciates is the diversity in people she gets to work with each day.

Laurel Havenner is a Regulatory Product Manager. She has been with CGM since 2007. Laurel’s focus surrounds regulatory reporting for quality programs, but she has the pleasure of reading, and assisting in implementing, many regulatory requirements from the federal, state, and local level. 

Chaplain Wilson has had extensive experience dealing with traumatic situations. He can bring laughter and encouragement into very difficult situations and help people walk through some of the greatest tragedies of their lives.

Billy is the Sr Director of Information Technology and Information Security at CGM and is responsible for datacenter and network design and function as well as cybersecurity. He’s worked fulltime in the network engineering and cybersecurity fields for 21 years. 

Dr. Stark-Wilson is a retired educational administrator who has worked with a variety of teams in public schools, universities, nonprofit organizations, and churches in developing strong strategic plans in order to improve performance as well as enhance staff morale. 

Rebecca is an accomplished technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in all facets of information technology from analysis, design, development, delivery and support. Her driving passion is leveraging technology as a critical tool for advancing information exchange in the healthcare field. 

Thom Blaylock is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Public Policy at Wagner where he teaches professional and public policy communications and serves as clinical director of the Masters of Science in Public Policy degree program. He runs the NYU Wagner Writing Center and works as a communications consultant in the healthcare space.
